If I have a Phase-In related question or a special circumstance, who do I call?
If you have any questions, please call our LASSO II Phase-In Hotline at 256-508-3457 or 256-508-4538. It is available 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. The Phase-In Hotline has been reactivated. You can also email questions to lasso2transition@erc.us.

How can I apply for a LASSO II position?
There is a link on this Phase-In website for application submittal; Applications can be submitted here starting October 3, 2022 and ending February 10, 2023. For further information and instructions, we recommend that you also attend one of the Town Hall meetings on October 12, 2022 at 4:30 p.m. ET or 6:30 p.m. ET or the virtual Town Hall meeting on February 7, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. ET.
What is the deadline to have my application submitted?
We request that all applications be submitted no later than midnight on February 10, 2023.
Do I need to submit an updated pay stub?
Yes, you will need to submit your most recent pay stub. It can be uploaded to the application site when you submit your application or you can bring it to our Phase-In Office.
I'm having trouble submitting attachments for my application; what do I do?
We recommend using Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox web browsers with cookies enabled on a personal computer. Other web browsers, mobile devices, and NASA-issued computers may have trouble submitting attachments.
If I am working on the current contract, am I guaranteed a job on the LASSO II Contract with ERC?
We cannot guarantee anyone a position. We will respond to the Work Scope given to us by the customer with the appropriate level of staffing to successfully execute the contract. However, it is our present understanding that the staffing requirements for the new Work Scope effective for the LASSO II Contract will be similar to the current staffing requirements.
Is ERC contributing to the premiums for the medical and dental coverage?
Yes, ERC pays the majority of the medical and dental premiums. The portion that the employees pay is deducted each bi-weekly payroll on a pre-tax basis.
I have a vacation already scheduled shortly after the Phase-In; what should I do?
Please let us know of your specific situation and we will work with you to make sure already scheduled and approved time off is honored as long as it does not conflict with any work requirements. Please email your information to lasso2transition@erc.us
What is ERC’s payroll period? When will I receive my first pay check?
ERC has a bi-weekly payroll cycle (26 pay periods per year). See below for information regarding the first two periods and pay dates:
Pay Period: April 1, 2023 - April 8, 2023 Pay Date: April 14, 2023
Pay Period: April 9, 2023 - April 22, 2023 Pay Date: April 28, 2023
